Trading since 2016

MyShops has sold electronics since 2016. What began as a single store now trades from ten stores across countries, alongside myshops.ae and myshops.az. We are the electronics retail arm of MyGroup Holding — more than 20 companies with a presence in 10 countries, across electronics, automotive, real estate, construction materials, lifestyle and services.

In the United Arab Emirates we trade as MY SHOPS ELECTRONICS TRADING L.L.C, registered in Dubai with branches across the Emirates. By the end of October 2026 we will have six stores here and four in Azerbaijan — and every side of it is the same business. A product bought online is backed by the same buyers, the same service team and the same people you can walk up to in a mall. More than a million customers have bought from us so far.

Service that does not end at the till

After-sales is handled by MyShops. Repairs, warranty claims and technical support go through the same company that sold you the product — not an outsourced desk, and not a separate service business you have to chase. One number for all of it: 800 8989.

We are clear about which warranty applies to what you buy, because the difference matters:

• Manufacturer warranty — provided by the brand, honoured through its authorised service network in the UAE and claimed through them or through us on your behalf. The terms and conditions are the manufacturer’s.
• Distributor warranty — provided by the UAE distributor of that product, and claimed through them or through us on your behalf. The terms and conditions are the distributor’s.
• MyShops warranty — provided by us directly, for products where no manufacturer or distributor cover applies. We tell you about this before you buy, never after.
• Extended warranty — optional additional cover you can add at checkout on eligible products, with its own terms.

Whichever applies, the product page names the provider, the duration and how to make a claim. If a product carries cover that is not valid in the UAE, we say so on the page rather than leaving you to discover it at a service centre.
