✅ Eligibility Criteria

  • UAE National.
  • Employed by a UAE government entity.
  • Provide valid Emirates ID and proof of employment.

💳 Installment Terms

  • Minimum product value: AED 1,000.
  • Discounted or promotional items are excluded.
  • 25% down payment on product collection.
  • Remaining 75% paid over 6 equal monthly installments.
  • Optional zero down payment (subject to approval).
  • Payment link sent on the 1st, due by the 5th each month.

📝 How It Works

  • Choose your product on My Shops.
  • Submit installment request with documents.
  • Get approved and receive your payment schedule.
  • Sign the agreement and collect your item.
Note: Missed payments are rolled over, but repayment must be completed within 6 months.

📌 Key Information

  • No late fees, but legal action may apply for repeated missed payments.
  • Ownership is transferred only after full payment.
  • Warranty of up to 12 months by the manufacturer.
