• The installment service is available for all My Shops products priced at 1000 AED or more.
• The installment service does not apply to discounted products or products sold in special promotions.

2. Basic Eligibility Requirements

• Nationality: The customer must be an Emirati national.
• Government Sector Employment: The customer must be employed in a government sector institution in the UAE.

3. Required Documents

• Valid Emirates ID.
• Proof of Employment in the Government Sector: This can be a certificate from the employer or a government employee card.

4. Installment Payment Options

• Customers can choose an installment plan ranging from 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months.
• The monthly installment amount is determined based on the chosen payment period, taking into consideration the total purchase value.

5. Approval of Installment Requests

• After submitting the required documents, My Shops will review the documents and ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
• If the request is approved, the payment schedule will be determined and signed by the customer.
• My Shops reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet the terms or document requirements.

6. Financial Responsibility

• The customer is responsible for paying the installments according to the agreed schedule.
• There are no late fees in the event of a delayed installment payment. However, if the installments are not paid consistently, My Shops reserves the right to take legal action in accordance with UAE consumer protection laws and commercial transaction regulations.

7. Cancellation or Modification of the Service

• The customer can cancel the installment request before the purchase is finalized.
• Once the purchase is completed, the installment service cannot be canceled, except as per the UAE consumer protection laws.

8. Compliance with Local Laws

• All transactions related to the installment service are subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including consumer protection laws and commercial transaction regulations.
• In case of any legal disputes, they will be resolved in the competent courts of the UAE.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• My Shops reserves the right to modify or change these terms and conditions at any time. The customer is considered to have accepted any changes upon notification.
