Refund and Returns Policy

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over AED 100, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or size, please follow the return process outlined above. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
